Generating PDF or Excel reports of your tenant list and sharing them via email.
Steps:To take your data out of the system or share it with a colleague:
- Open Menu: Click the Three Vertical Dots Icon in the top-right corner of the Tenants page.
- Choose Format: Under "Export as," select your preferred file type:

Deleting or Deactivating Tenants
Permanently removing a resident record or handling move-outs.
Steps:To remove a tenant from your active list:
- Open Actions: Click the Three Vertical Dots in the "Actions" column for that specific tenant.
- Delete: Select the Delete option.
- Confirm: A security prompt will appear. Confirm the action to permanently remove the record.
- Note: We recommend ensuring all balances are at $0.00 and the lease is officially terminated before deleting a tenant, as this action will remove their entire financial and document history.
