Issue: Work Order Status Won’t Change to "Completed"
- Possible Cause: The system requires all assigned workers to be accounted for or linked expenses to be reviewed.
- Solution: In the Edit Work Order modal, ensure all repair details are saved. Verify that any linked Expense Invoices in the Invoices tab have been settled. Once the work is physically done, manually select Completed from the status dropdown and hit SAVE.
- Possible Cause: The Work Order and the Request are assigned to different properties.
- Solution: Ensure the Property name matches exactly on both records. You cannot link a request from "Property A" to a work order for "Property B."
