Issue: Rent Roll Shows a Unit as "Vacant" When a Tenant Lives There
  • Possible Cause: The tenant’s lease start date is set in the future, or they haven't been officially "Moved In" within the system.
  • Solution: Check the Move In-Out Report. If the Move In Date is in the future, the unit will remain "Vacant" until that date arrives. To fix this, edit the tenant’s General Info to reflect their actual move-in date.
Issue: Report Data Looks Outdated or Incorrect
  • Possible Cause: The browser is showing a cached version of the page after recent changes.
  • Solution: Click the Circular Arrow (Refresh) icon in the top-right corner of the report. This forces the system to pull the most recent data from the database.
