How to Register to Access your dashboard using one of two secure Sign Up methods:

1. Sign Up with Email:
   
   • Click Sign in with email.
   • Enter your Email, Name and Password.
   • Click the green SIGN Up button.
   • If you have issues, click Trouble signing in? below the password field.
2. Sign Up with Google:
   
   • Click the white Sign in with Google button to use your linked Google Workspace account.

1.2 Navigation Sidebar Overview The left-hand sidebar is your main navigation hub. Hover over or click the icons to access:

• Dashboard (Grid Icon): Return to your main overview.
• Properties (Building Icon): View and manage your real estate assets.
• Applications (Document Icon): Review and process new tenant applications.
• Tenants (User Icon): Manage current resident data and leases.
• Invoices (Dollar List Icon): Track billing, payments, and balances.
• Reports (Chart Icon): Generate Rent Rolls and HUD reports.
• Alerts (Exclamation Icon): View all system notifications and updates.

1.3 Using the AI Search Bar At the top of the Dashboard, you will see a search bar labelled "Ask me anything..."

• Direct Queries: Type questions like "What is John's balance?" or "Show me vacant units."
• Suggested Chips: Below the bar, click quick-action buttons such as "Find a tenant's balance" or "Create a work order" to jump directly to those tasks.

1.4 Understanding Dashboard Metrics (The Top Tiles)Four key status tiles provide an instant pulse on your business:

• Total Properties: The number of buildings in your portfolio.
• Total Units: The total count of individual rentable spaces.
• Occupied Units: Units currently under an active lease.
• Vacant Units: Units currently available for rent.
• Note: The green/red percentages indicate growth or loss compared to the last month.

• 1.5 Main Dashboard Cards

• Alerts: Displays pending requests, work orders, and overdue invoices that require immediate attention.
• Rent Roll: A table showing Expected vs. Collected funds for the current month across all properties.
• Maintenance: A dedicated section to toggle between WORK ORDERS and TENANT REQUESTS.
• Financial Charts: Visualizes your Rent Roll Chart (Collections) and Income vs Expense (Monthly comparison) over time.
