This includes active Alerts such as past-due rent and upcoming lease expirations, charts for Rent Roll, Income/Expense, and Maintenance, summary of new and ongoing Applications, and an overview of unit occupancy across your portfolio. 

• The first thing you need to do after you create an account is set up your properties and units. This process is pretty straightforward, but if you need any assistance, or if you have a lot of units, please reach out to us, and our team can help you save time by importing your initial data into the system.  You can add properties with as much, or as little information as you need. If your property has more than one living space, make sure to mark it as a multi-unit property. /

• Managing your tenants is no easy task. And it only gets harder as you grow. Seamless Tenants is designed to scale with you by offering advanced yet intuitive features such as E-Signing and Document management, Rent collection and Online payments, self-serve Tenant Portal, Maintenance, Showings, Inspections, and much more.  

• E-Signing & Document Management: Keeping track of all the various documents for each tenant can get very complex real fast. With Seamless Tenants, you can take in new applicants with our simple online application form, E-Sign lease documents, or upload any other document that you need. And it all stays organized efficiently in one place, easy to find when you need it. 

• Rent collection and Online payments: Having a clear picture of all your tenants’ payment history is essential for successful property management. But it’s easier said than done. Regardless of how you choose to collect Rent, Seamless Tenants is designed to work with you to make your life easier and give you peace of mind. When the rent is due, we send reminders to the Tenants, and they can pay online using their Card or Bank Account on their Tenant Portal, or by using a Payment Link generated just for them. Online payments are automatically tracked by the system, and you are always kept in the loop. But you can also collect the payments offline and update the system later at your convenience. Either way, you will have all the tools you need to monitor your Tenant payments reliably and maintain a consistent payment history for your tenants.
