Issue: Staff Member Cannot See the "Invoices" or "Payments" Sidebar
- Possible Cause: Their account is set to "Member" role with restricted permissions.
- Solution: An Admin must go to Manage > Permissions. Locate the "Member" role and toggle the Invoices and Payments visibility settings to "ON."
- Possible Cause: The organization's business verification is incomplete with the payment provider.
- Solution: Navigate to Manage > My Organization and click the external link icon next to Manage Merchant Accounts. Ensure all required business documentation has been uploaded to the payment processor's portal.
