Issue: Bulk Import Fails with Red Error Cells
- Possible Cause: The column headers in your CSV/Excel file do not match the system's required format, or mandatory fields (like Email or Property Name) are empty.
- Solution: Click RESTART and ensure you are using the system-generated template. Double-check that the "Property Name" in your file matches the exact name of a property already created in Seamless Tenants.
- Possible Cause: The invitation was sent to an incorrect email, or the applicant is trying to access it from an expired session.
- Solution: Go to Applications > Edit Application > Primary Applicant. Verify the email address. If correct, delete the pending application and re-send the invite to generate a fresh, secure token for the applicant.
