Managing House & Unit Details
Configuring physical specifications, rent amounts, and availability status for a property.
Steps:To update the core specifications of your property:
- Navigate: Open the Edit Property modal and click the HOUSE DETAILS tab on the left.
- Enter Specifications: Fill in the Size (sqft), No of Bedrooms, and No of Bathrooms.
- Financials & Furnishing: * Enter the monthly Rent amount.
- Select the Furnishment status (e.g., Furnished, Unfurnished, Semi-Furnished) from the dropdown.
- Set Availability: Use the Availability Status dropdown to mark the unit as Occupied, Vacant, or Under Maintenance.
- Add Features: Use the Select Features multi-select box to tag specific highlights (e.g., Balcony, Hardwood Floors).
- Save: Click the orange SAVE button to apply these details.
Uploading and organizing property photos to showcase units to potential tenants.
Steps:To manage the visual assets for your property:
- Navigate: In the Edit Property modal, click the GALLERY tab.
- Add Photos: Click the orange ADD PHOTOS + button in the top right.
- Upload Images: Drag and Drop your image files directly into the "Add Images" popup.
- Or click Select Images to browse your computer files.
- Finalize: Click the orange UPLOAD button to sync the photos to the property profile.
- Organize: Once uploaded, you can view and manage your images directly from the gallery grid.
- Download: To download an uploaded image from the property or unit gallery, simply hover over the targeted photo and click the Download Icon (downward arrow) in the top right corner of the image card.
Storing and tagging essential files like insurance, title deeds, and permits.
Steps:To keep your property records organized and compliant:
- Navigate: In the Edit Property modal, click the DOCUMENTS tab.
- Upload New File: Click the orange NEW DOCUMENT button and select Upload Document.
- Enter Details:
- Provide a Name for the document.
- Choose a Category (e.g., Property) and select relevant Tags for easy searching later.
- Attach File: Drag and drop your file into the Select File area or click to browse.
- Save: Click the orange SAVE button to complete the upload.
- Note: You can also use the Fill & Sign Document option if you need to execute digital signatures on a specific form.
Controlling staff and member access levels for specific property data.
Steps:To manage who can view or edit this specific property:
- Navigate: In the Edit Property modal, click the PERMISSIONS tab.
- Search Members: Use the Search Bar at the top to find a specific team member.
- Assign Roles: For each member, use the Select Roles dropdown to choose their specific level of access for this property.
- Review Inherited Roles: View the "Inherited Roles" column to see their existing Organization-level permissions.
- Update: Click the Floppy Disk (Save) Icon in the top right to lock in the new permission settings.
Tracking the history of changes, status updates, and internal comments for an asset.
Steps:
To view a complete audit trail of actions taken on a property:- Navigate: In the Edit Property modal, click the ACTIVITY LOG tab.
- Filter Results: Use the Search Activity Log box to find specific keywords.
- Use the From Date and To Date pickers to view actions within a specific timeframe.
- View Timeline: Review the list of timestamped actions, including who made the change (e.g., "Status changed in unit") and when.
- Internal Comments: To add a note for your team, type in the Leave a comment box on the right and click SUBMIT.
