Viewing Properties List

Accessing your real estate portfolio and toggling between visual management layouts.

Steps:
To view and manage your buildings:
  1. Navigate: Click the Properties (Building Icon) under the "General" category in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose View: Use the top-right buttons to switch your display preference:
    • LIST: A clean, vertical list.
    • GRID: A visual card-based layout.
    • TABLE: A detailed spreadsheet view (best for comparing data).
  3. Understand Columns: In the Table view, you can track the Property Name, Type (Single vs. Multi-Unit), total Units, and Availability status at a glance.
  4. Refresh Data: Click the Circular Arrow Icon at the top right to pull the latest updates.


    Adding a New Property

    Step-by-step guide to onboarding a new building or unit into the system.

    Steps:
    To add a new asset to your portfolio:
    1. Initiate: Click the orange ADD PROPERTY + button in the top right corner.
    2. Enter Primary Details: Fill in the Property Name, Type, and Usage (e.g., Residential).
    3. Physical Specs: Enter the Plot Size (sqft) and the complete Property Address (City, State, Zip, Country).
    4. Configure Payments: On the right-side panel, select a Merchant Account, set a Late Fee amount, and define the Due Date Interval (grace period).
    5. Submit: Click the SUBMIT button to save the new property.


      Importing Properties in Bulk

      Using file uploads to quickly onboard multiple properties and historical data.

        Steps:
        To move existing property data from another system:

        1. Navigate: Click the orange IMPORT button on the Properties main page.
        2. Upload File: Click IMPORT FROM FILE to upload your CSV or Excel spreadsheet.
        3. Map Data: Follow the 11-step wizard to verify data for Property NameTypeUsagePlot SizeAddressCityState, Country, Zip, Amentities and Location Tags.
        4. Validation: Review the table to ensure there are no red errors. You can manually ADD ROW or REMOVE ALL to clean up the data.
        5. Submit: Click SUBMIT to create all property records simultaneously.


            Editing Property Details

            Modifying property information, managing amenities, and reviewing asset history.

            Steps:
            To update information for an existing property:
            1. Locate: Find the property in your list and click the Pencil (Edit) Icon in the "Actions" column.
            2. Navigate Tabs: Use the left-side menu within the popup to manage different details:
              • Property Information: Update address, usage, and bank details.
              • Amenities: Use the Select Amenities dropdown to add features like a Tennis Court or Gym.
              • Gallery: Upload and manage property photos.
              • Documents: Store insurance papers or title deeds.
              • Activity Log: View a history of all changes made to this property.
            3. Save: Click the SAVE button at the bottom right to apply changes.


              Searching & Filtering Properties

              Using search bars and advanced filters to locate specific assets quickly.

              Steps:
              To find a specific property in a large portfolio:
              1. Search Bar: Type the name or address into the Search Bar above the property list for instant results.
              2. Advanced Filters: Click the Filter Icon (three lines) to the left of the search bar to filter by specific criteria.
              3. Column Customization: Click the More Columns dropdown to add or remove data points (like unit count) from your main table view.


                Deleting a Property

                Permanently removing an asset from your active management list.

                Steps:
                1. Action: Click the Red Trash Icon in the "Actions" column next to the property you wish to remove.
                2. Confirm: A confirmation prompt will appear. Ensure all active leases are closed before deleting.
                3. Note: Deleting a property is permanent and will remove all associated unit and history data.
